STRAWBERRY BASIL MOJITO COCKTAIL RECIPE

Serves 1

I N G R E D I E N T S

---

· 1 oz (2 Tbsp) of Rum

· 1 oz (2 Tbsp) of Simple Syrup

· 1/2 Lime Juiced/Squeezed

· 1 Large Strawberry

· 3 Basil Leaves

· Top with Club Soda

for the garnish

· Strawberry or lime slice

Want to make it a Mocktail?

Replace the Rum with White Grape Juice!

note: if you use white grape juice, you may not need the simple syrup for sweetener, as the white grape juice will likely be sweet enough!

D I R E C T I O N S

1. Slice and lightly muddle strawberries

2. Cut and juice 1/2 lime

3. Fill shaker with ice

4. Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberries & basil leaves to shaker

5. Shake it up!

6. Pour entire mixture into glass including ice

7. Top with club soda

8. Stir lightly

9. Garnish with strawberry or lime

10. Enjoy!
